Buying Points
Buying points is a way to move the line in your favor. This line movement, however, does come at a premium. Typically, moving a line a half point will cost 10% juice or -110. In football, there might be additional cost to buy onto or off of a 3 or 7 point line. Buying points may be available in all sports and can be available for spread, total, parlay, teaser, and pleaser wager.
