I have the DAL @ CAL NHL game still sitting in my Wager List even though the game has ended. Is there anyway to manually remove this or what needs to be done so that this can be removed.

let me know if it's resolved now. also, in the future, please try and let me know within 4 days time of a game not closing. the process is easier within this time frame.

just curious. is this on the players and not closing wagers in the wager manager and also hanging up in the games in progress or is this in the book application. is this an issue because it was placed with direct connection?

It is listed in both the book and players application. It is also still listed in the games in progress as well. The wager was placed via direct connect.

i apologize for this inconvenience. we did something on our end that should have made it close and we do not have it showing up in our applications. given that, it's not ideal, but it may need to stay for a bit. sometimes over time these things correct themselves. in the meantime, you can make an adjustment in the balances screen to account for the game. sorry about this.

I am sorry to say, but there is another game that is not finishing from Thursday night, it is the Tampa Bay @ Montreal game. Could you let me know if there is anything I need to do.
