In terms of the Admin I realize you are pushing for people to use the direct connect...
I would like to hear from some guys that are doing so. The software appeals to me mostly as an accounting piece that will do my grading for me. That alone is worth a bunch.
EagleDP costs a freaking fortune and I would be willing to do just about anything to get away from them.
After the superbowl I think I am going to take the plunge and try some direct connect.
Admin people--realistically when do you think this product will be 100%?
Other users--Have you been using direct connect?

as far as 100% goes, i guess i'm not sure exactly what you are referring to. we hear about so few crashes/bugs in the field anymore that it's well within industry standards and on par with applications that we use just in the course of our everyday lives. additionally, whenever we get wind of a crash/bug, we're pretty much fixing it right away. right now, we are focused on feature enhancements and our bar version that will be coming out soon.
when you decide to take the plunge with direct connection, we'll give you a hand if you want. we can be the book to your player (for their perspective) or we can be the player to your book just so that you can get a feel for it. just let us know.
we work with one client that is using direct connection to run his fantasy sports wagering league with over 100 players. as he put it, this things been "working like a charm" so far and he's admitted that the only reason he is able to support such a large number is because of the direct connection feature. it has allowed him to grow his league.
